as a favour

I can't seem to find the email / blog comment (can't remember which) from a fellow bride-to-be asking for contact/lobang for travel praying mats (sejadah) as wedding favours that I received once before (I remember I was of no help because my friends who got travel praying mats as wedding favours bought theirs from overseas) - but if you're the person who asked and you're still reading this, just to share with you (and other pengantins-to-be who might be interested in this idea) that Xquizyte Favors has opened up orders for travel praying mats as wedding favours!

(Source: Xquizyte Favors)

Very useful for your guests because they can bring the sejadah anywhere and everywhere (especially when they travel overseas) because it's small and light - the only downside about this is you might have to source out separate wedding favours if you have non-Muslim guests attending your wedding.

And since I'm on this topic, I might as well mention another vendor who does another popular berkat option at the moment - Redondo wafers, y'all! I've had a few enquiries on this so I thought I'll share whatever information I have:

Via Cheers

What do you know - you can call up Cheers to place a bulk order! Just give them a call to ask about this and they'll guide you along with the ordering process. I must let you all know it's by self-collection though, so you'll have to have transport to angkut the goods. Cheers will ask you for your address pastu deliver the goods to the Cheers outlet nearest to you. (Thanks Sham and Aisyah for this heads up!)

Of course the thing about buying the Redondo in bulk directly from Cheers is that the items don't come already nicely wrapped as berkats and you might have to order wrappers or bags and DIY them yourself. If you want it to be a fuss-free experience and need the Redondo to come already wrapped as berkats, you can consider...

Via Shazheeda Wedding Ideas

Chanced upon Wahidah who supplies Redondo berkats on Facebook while on one of my aimless social media-ing sessions, referred her to Rashidah (a fellow bride-to-be who asked about Redondo berkat before) who then extended the research a bit more and discovered that Wahidah has an official Facebook page for her wedding berkats supply here: Shazheeda Wedding Ideas. Thanks for sharing the extra information, Rashidah! ^^

(Tried looking at the product list at Walson Food Distributor and J B Rupa & Co but no luck on Redondo wafer biscuits - no harm looking through their product list in case you find something else that you prefer though. Mana lah tau.)

Semoga you all dapat booking your berkat idaman hati just like how you've found your kekasih idaman hati! Hur hur

P.S. To siapa siapa who knows of and wants to share their baik punya contacts, you are more than welcome to leave comments on this blog entry for our fellow brides-to-be to refer to ok! Memanglah kalau share share tak dapat duit, tapi in shaa Allah dapat berkat ok :D
