you, me, neon wedding?

I’m starting to wonder whether we should seriously consider neon colours for decor.

My mat saw the previous entry on neon decor inspiration and squealed “Waaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I nak ni! I nak ni! B, I nak macam ni!” in his true blue perangai-budak-5-tahun-stuck-in-badan-lelaki-28-tahun manner.

You know how old folks selalu cakap babies and little kids suka tengok bright colours and will get very fascinated or excited? Ah, sama ah dengan si mamat ni.

Good thing is, I think our decorators Kasai Sayang can pull it off! They recently did lime green + pastel pink polka dot wedding decor and I very like what they did.

The bridal table a bit too kecoh for me though… and kenape lah ada ranting ranting and excessive daun daun and pokok pokok around the dais ni?! Shall remember to emphasize my disdain and rimasness with such excessive greenery to Kasai Sayang so I don’t end up shifting pots of plants to the back of the pelamin myself bila time kat pelamin hahahahaha

What, what, what. I just prefer tidy setup and clean look for colourful decor because it’s more focused ok.

I once saw a pelamin from another decorator – the idea was supposed to be similar lah; bright green and hot pink decor, but for some insane unexplainable reason, the decorators used artificial grass carpet as the pelamin backdrop. Ni kes beli dua tiga ela kat kedai jual rumput bedek yang actually meant for mini golf course ke hape, pastu pasang kat pelamin orang. The colour was wayyy off and macam merepek kan letak rumput bedek as backdrop! Aku macam nak campak jer golf club kat whoever yang came up with that idea.

But ok lah, I also cannot say such things lah eh, maybe the pengantin yang suka and mintak rumput bedek as their pelamin backdrop. Banyak sangat makan rumput untuk save for the wedding agaknya, sampai terbawak bawak naik pelamin.
