look + feel + photo + shoot

Playing around with the idea of wearing veil and/or bows for our outdoor photoshoot!

Don't know why but I anticipate a "Ape ni, pakai macam omputeh!" comment from my mat. Hahaha what only lor kalau gitu! Cannot expect me to pakai sanggul lintang for an outdoor photoshoot that is supposed to look and feel modern kan, salah bawak seh gitu.

Ah, well. Even if veils and bows are a no go, maybe I can start looking for inspiration for headpieces that look like this one instead?

Of course if the above type is too troublesome to find or even DIY, I'll stick to something simple and safe, macam ni:

Hope my hair can grow long and luscious enough to look wow kepawow in pictures!!! Long and luscious macam rambut Rapunzel! Rapunzel eh. Bukan Repulsel eh hahahahahahahahahaha (OMG I LOVE CYANIDE AND HAPPINESS TO DEATH, CAN.)

By the way, I'm really glad we've decided to push forward the outdoor photoshoot date because this means that my dilemma of having or not having bridal henna on my hands and feet during the outdoor photoshoot is solved dengan serta merta! Looks like I can wear manicure and pedicure for the outdoor photoshoot instead. Woohoo!

Oh, also, having the outdoor photoshoot earlier means we'll have collateral to give to Dessert Artisans that they can use to set up with our dessert tier yay yay! You see, Dessert Artisans has this special signature feature for their dessert tiers called the Love Journey where they'll include pictures of the couple together with the dessert setup:

We didn't want a mish mash of our pictures in varying qualities and shades to ruin the look and the feel of the dessert tier + we're huge fans of consistency thus the decision to bring forward our photoshoot (amongst other reasons, of course). Plusssss we've obtained both our parents' permission - which comes with terms and conditions of course, but parents' permission is parents' permission nonetheless - so no guilt on our part, suckers!

Don't think I can thank God enough for giving me a jodoh and future in-laws who appreciate and understand consistency as much as I do! Syukur Alhamdullilah!

Ok now, three more months to figure out your look and feel for the photoshoot, sister!
